In 2009, I entered the world of system development.
At that time, I founded a media operation company for highway bus OTA (Online Travel Agency) business. I learned SEO and system development independently, growing the business to 2 billion yen in annual revenue within just 3 years, and achieving a successful buyout.
The greatest lesson from this experience was a simple, fundamental truth: “Technology only generates value when connected to business results.”
After the buyout, I founded groo Inc.
I established an offshore development subsidiary in Korea and developed a core system specialized for the travel industry in-house. We successfully deployed this system to multiple travel companies, gaining deep domain knowledge of the industry.
In recent years, a major shift has occurred in the development industry.
It is “AI-Driven Development.”
With AI, development speed doubles, costs halve, and flexibility triples. This fact can no longer be denied.

My career began in advertising sales at Kobe Shimbun.
It may not have seemed glamorous at first glance, but the most valuable lesson I gained there was the essence of marketing: “Advertising only has meaning when it contributes to client business results.”
How do we get a company's products to consumers? How do we translate that into revenue? These were the questions I faced every single day.
In 2011, drawn by the possibilities of digital marketing, I joined IT venture Scenario Inc.
I immersed myself fully in planning and operating digital marketing utilizing web advertising and social media.
In 2015, I was appointed as Director, leading organizational growth as a core member during the company's expansion.
After the company became part of the Supership (KDDI-invested) group, I concurrently served as Head of Web Creative Division and Director of Scenario Inc.
I was also seconded to KDDI's 5G Business Creation Division, where I built a broad track record spanning business development through to PR.
In October 2020, I founded Lead Inc. and was appointed Representative Director.
Digital agency, food business, e-commerce— I took on the challenge of “creating businesses beyond the scope of marketing,” growing the company rapidly.
Rather than staying confined to one domain, I applied marketing knowledge across all types of business. This is the conviction I forged throughout my career.

Here, I intend to channel everything I have built over 20+ years of career into driving growth for our clients.
