General

What type of companies are your main clients?

Our clients are primarily small-to-mid-sized companies (10–500 employees) spanning a wide range of industries including e-commerce, SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and food & beverage. We frequently receive inquiries from companies looking to grow their business using web marketing and AI, or those considering expansion into Asian markets.

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes, absolutely. Combining services — for example, SEO + content creation + landing page optimization — creates synergistic effects. We will clarify your challenges during the initial consultation and propose the ideal combination. Discounts apply when using multiple services.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes, the first 60-minute consultation is completely free. We listen to your current challenges and offer directional advice — no one-sided sales pitches. Feel free to reach out.

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

Yes. We assign a dedicated manager who handles your account consistently after signing a contract. If the fit does not feel right, please let us know without hesitation.

Can you work with a small budget?

It depends on the service, but we have plans starting from ¥50,000/month. A small-start approach — launching small, verifying results, then scaling — is also available. Share your budget and we will propose the best option.

Pricing

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the monthly plan for each service, or a workload estimate for development projects. Published prices are estimates; actual costs vary based on scale and requirements — please share your details first.

Is performance-based pricing available?

For some services (e.g., search advertising, SEO), a combination of a base fee plus a performance bonus is possible. Please consult us if interested. That said, we do not offer a fully performance-based model, as we prioritize consistent quality.

Can unexpected additional costs arise?

No additional costs occur within the scope defined in the contract. If out-of-scope work becomes necessary, we discuss and agree with you beforehand. We are committed to transparent estimates.

What payment methods are available?

Bank transfer (month-end billing, paid the following month) is standard. For development projects, a 50% advance and 50% upon completion — or three installments — are also available. Credit card payment can be discussed.

Contracts

Is there a minimum contract period?

Monthly services (SEO, ad management, etc.) require a minimum three-month commitment, as results take time to materialize. Development projects are proposed individually after requirements are defined.

How do I renew or cancel a contract?

Monthly services can be cancelled with one month's written notice (email accepted). There are no special cancellation fees. Development projects follow the terms stated in the contract.

Can we sign an NDA?

Of course. We sign a standard NDA at the time of contracting. Your confidential information and business data are handled with strict care.

Timeline & Process

How long does website development take?

A standard corporate site typically takes 2–3 months; a landing page takes 2–4 weeks. Timelines vary based on requirement complexity and material readiness. Rush requests are welcome — we also offer an express plan.

When will SEO results start to appear?

Generally, changes become visible in 3–6 months, with significant results in 6–12 months. This varies by competitive landscape, site size, and keyword difficulty. We recommend combining with advertising for short-term results.

How can I track progress during development?

We use a combination of Notion (progress tracking), Slack (daily communication), and weekly meetings for transparent project management. We share a staging URL so you can review progress at any time.

Asia Expansion

Which countries and regions do you cover?

We primarily cover ASEAN countries starting from Thailand (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia). Through the CP Group network, we can offer particularly strong support within Thailand.

How much does Asia expansion support cost?

Market research (initial) typically ranges from ¥500,000–¥1,500,000; local SEO and ad management from ¥200,000–¥500,000/month; multilingual site development from ¥3,000,000–¥8,000,000 depending on scale. Please start with a free consultation.

Can the entire process be conducted in English?

Yes. All client communication can be conducted in English. We handle all coordination with local partners, translation, and localization.
