Career and Experience
Konishi began his career in advertising sales at Kobe Shimbun (a regional Japanese newspaper). During this period, he internalized the marketing principle that "advertising has meaning only when it contributes to client business outcomes."
In 2011, he joined Scenario Inc., an IT venture, where he engaged in full-fledged planning and operation of digital marketing using web advertising and social media.
In 2015, he was appointed Executive Director of Scenario Inc., leading organizational growth as a core member of business expansion. Following the company becoming part of the Supership Group (a KDDI-invested company), he served concurrently as Head of the Web Creative Division at Supership and as Director of Scenario Inc. He was additionally seconded to KDDI's 5G business development division, accumulating experience across business development through PR.
In October 2020, he founded Lead Inc. and assumed the position of Representative Director, developing a digital agency business, food business, and e-commerce business, taking on the challenge of business creation that transcends marketing.
Currently, as Vice President of MASSIVE LINKS Inc., he is responsible for overseeing the marketing function, providing integrated support from strategy to execution, creating new business ventures, and constructing the "technology × marketing × execution" trinity support framework in collaboration with the AI-Driven Development led by Representative Director Tanimoto.
