Career and Experience

In 2009, Tanimoto founded a media operations company in the highway bus OTA sector. He learned SEO and system development through self-study while building the business, growing it to a revenue scale of around 2 billion yen within three years. He successfully completed a buyout in 2012.

He then founded grooo Inc. in 2013, establishing an offshore development subsidiary in South Korea and developing a proprietary core system specialized for the travel industry. Through deploying this system to multiple travel agencies, he gained deep domain knowledge of the industry.

Currently, as Representative Director of MASSIVE LINKS Inc., he serves as a project manager (PM) for system development projects. While focusing on upstream processes from requirements definition to basic design, he leads the organization-wide adoption of AI-Driven Development. He oversees development teams that leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4, Copilot, and Cursor, working to improve development speed, cost efficiency, and flexibility.
